Fluorescent fiber optic temperature measurement technology has unique advantages such as transparent conductive fiber, no charge, high insulation, high temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. The temperature measurement probe can be installed on the surface of photovoltaic cells to directly measure the temperature of photovoltaic crystal hotspots.
Conductive optical fibers are made of quartz material and can withstand high temperatures above 200 ℃ on the surface of photovoltaic panels, without any electrical or magnetic interference with photovoltaic modules. The temperature probe is directly attached to the temperature hot spot position on the surface of the photovoltaic panel, which can more directly and accurately detect the hot spot temperature, achieving continuous temperature control. Light intensity and photovoltaic cell junction temperature are the most important parameters affecting the output power of photovoltaic modules, and light intensity can also affect changes in junction temperature. An increase in light intensity will increase the output short-circuit current and maximum power point current. An increase in battery junction temperature will cause a linear decrease in open circuit voltage and maximum power point voltage. When the junction temperature rises, the output power of solar cells will decrease. Photovoltaic crystals are sensitive to temperature rise, and temperature rise will not only reduce photoelectric conversion. Efficiency, It may even burn out photovoltaic cell modules. Therefore, real-time measurement of battery junction temperature and timely heat dissipation have become key factors in the application of solar photovoltaic power generation
The fluorescent fiber optic temperature measurement method places the IF-C probe directly on the surface of the photovoltaic cell, and the Inno fiber optic temperature sensor directly contacts the hot spot of the crystal, which can quickly follow the temperature rise of the crystal surface and reflect real-time temperature. The fiber optic temperature measurement probe is non-conductive, not afraid of on-site electromagnetic interference, and has good stability. The cooling water temperature control unit adopts a feedforward control method, which controls the cooling water volume to detect and control the surface temperature of the photovoltaic cell module in real time. The temperature control is achieved without error, ensuring the speed of the control system.
