Parameters for installing fluorescent fiber optic temperature control system inside the switchgear

A fluorescent fiber optic temperature control system is installed inside the switchgear to conduct real-time online monitoring and fault alarm of the contact temperature and cable joint temperature (6 points in total) of the high-voltage switchgear. It is transmitted to the monitoring background through RS485 and can achieve remote monitoring.

The fiber optic temperature measurement system for switchgear includes the following components:

1. Fluorescent fiber optic demodulator;

2. Fluorescent fiber optic sensor;

The fluorescence fiber optic temperature measurement system meets the following technical requirements:

1. Temperature measurement range: -20~+150 ℃;

2. Temperature measurement accuracy: ± 1 ℃;

3. Equipped with RS485 communication interface;

4. Contact measurement method, in order to meet insulation requirements, the probe diameter should not exceed 3mm;

5. The lifespan of the probe shall not be less than 30 years.
