IF-G New Energy Fluorescent Fiber Temperature Measurement System

There are 11 35KV switchgear, 50 box type transformers, and 90 iron towers equipped with cable terminal heads equipped with fluorescent fiber optic temperature measurement devices in the station, which can measure the temperature of high-voltage cable heads, box transformer high-voltage windings, incoming cable heads, and collector line cable heads inside the switchgear. The InnoTech fiber optic temperature measurement device can achieve real-time online monitoring of the above equipment temperature.

The main functions of the IF-C fluorescence fiber optic temperature measurement system include

1) Realize online temperature monitoring of cable terminals on the 90 base iron tower of four 35KV collector lines for new energy. Set 3 temperature measurement points for each cable head.

2) Online temperature monitoring is achieved for the high-voltage coil windings and incoming cable heads of 50 new energy dry-type wind turbine units. Three temperature measurement points are set for the high-voltage winding of the dry-type transformer, and three temperature measurement points are set for the incoming cable head of the box transformer. A total of six temperature measurement points are set for each box transformer.

3) Real time online temperature monitoring of cable heads inside 11 high-voltage switchgear cabinets in the high-voltage distribution room of the new energy booster station, with 3 temperature measurement points set for each high-voltage switchgear cabinet
