1. Probe fixing method one:
Fixing with zip ties is the simplest and most reliable method, with high cost-effectiveness. First, use Teflon tape to tie the probe twice or more for simple fixation. Then, use high-temperature resistant zip ties to fix it at a distance of about 5cm from the probe, and fix two of them separately to ensure reliability. Finally, fix a zip tie at the probe position, which should not be pulled forcefully.
2. Probe fixation method two: fixed with fixtures.
This method is only applicable to the copper bar position. When fixing the sensing probe with a fixture, first insert the sensing head into the hole, then place the fixture on the copper bar, and finally tighten the screw to make the sensing head and copper bar tightly contact.
This fixture is made of insulated electric wood, with an open-loop design and non-magnetic material, which can effectively prevent the generation of eddy currents and avoid interference with electrical safety in the cabinet. At the same time, the sensing head can maintain good contact with the copper bar, making temperature measurement more accurate. The clamp fragments are made of non-magnetic materials and designed in a T-shape to ensure good contact between the sensing head and the copper bar when installed on the original bolts.
The temperature measurement of the inlet and outlet joints is fixed with copper noses
After fixing the copper nose on the corresponding bolt with a circular gasket, insert the optical fiber into the end cylinder, and fix the optical fiber probe and end position with adhesive (the probe position does not allow crimping).
FJINNO provides fluorescent fiber optic temperature measurement devices, which are used for high-voltage switchgear busbar temperature measurement, incoming and outgoing line temperature measurement, static contact temperature monitoring, and multi-channel customization.
